The company points out that the platform provides creators the tools they need to promote their applications to people who all may not know about them by using a traditional search.
SideQuest as well works in tandem with existing XR platforms. This approach reduces chaffing and gives coders more options with respect to reaching their target market, which in turn is wonderful for consumers and the XR ecosystem.
One potential downside of this product is that that doesn’t offer a similar level of privateness settings that you can set throughout the Oculus app on a personal computer. That means you could end up with others seeing your online activity, such as which usually apps or perhaps games you’re downloading and playing.
